- Location/branch assignments and staff assignments

- With your explicit consent

6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation:
- Your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
- After 30 days, all institution data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
- You may request immediate data deletion by contacting support@assetmatrix.in

- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about your institution
- Correction: Update inaccurate personal information via your dashboard
- Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export: Export your asset data in CSV format at any time (available on all plans)
