1. Overview
At nVit Technologies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your AssetMatrix subscription. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for our paid subscription plans.
Free & Starter Plans: Since the Free plan costs nothing and the Starter plan is budget-friendly, these serve as risk-free ways to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- 10-Day Cooling Period: If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 10 days of the payment date, no questions asked
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charges, wrong plan amount), the overcharged amount will be refunded immediately upon verification
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Requests made after the 10-day cooling period
- Partial month usage after the cooling period (no pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations)
- Downgrades from a higher tier — the difference is not refunded; the higher tier remains active until the end of the billing cycle
- Enterprise plans with custom contracts (governed by individual agreement terms)
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@assetmatrix.in with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Institution Name]"
- Include your institution code, registered admin email, and reason for the refund
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
6. Plan Cancellation
- You may cancel your paid subscription at any time
- Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- After the billing cycle ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan
- Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted on downgrade or cancellation
Our Promise: We believe in earning your trust. If you feel AssetMatrix isn't the right fit within the first 10 days, we'll refund you fully — no hard feelings.
